A 12-year-old-boy was abducted off a Miami street early Saturday morning. The still-unidentified abductor sexually assaulted and then shot the boy, according to Miami-Dade Police.
Officials have not named the boy, but are searching for a tall man with long, curly hair and a black four-door sedan. They say the need the public’s help in finding the suspect.
The boy was abducted sometime between 2 and 3:30 a.m. near Northwest 43rd Terrace and Northwest 30th Avenue, according to a statement from police. He was then driven to Northwest 45th Street and Northwest 31st Avenue, where the suspect sexually assaulted and shot the boy before forcing him out of the car and fleeing.
The injured boy walked to a nearby business, where he called 911. He was taken to a local hospital in critical condition.
