The winner of season 20 of the popular Food Network reality competition show has been charged with child murder in the death of a three-year-old girl in South Carolina.

According to Deadline, Ariel Robinson and her husband are the prime suspects in the death of their adopted daughter on January 14th.

The autopsy shows multiple blunt force trauma to the girls head.

Robinson won $25,000 after competing in the show last February. The show takes people who are terrible at cooking and pair them with celebrity chefs to help build their kitchen skills and become better cooks.

In response to the charges, Food Network has wiped Season 20, which Robinson was a contestant on, from its channel and platforms.

It’s also been reported that Robinson, a recently retired teacher, was also a stand-up comedian and joked about child abuse in her set.

She and her husband adopted three children in March 2020.
