I am in my first year of starting a wealth management operation and am focusing my practice on assisting Law Enforcement professionals and other first responders secure a financial future. Here are my questions:
1) What financial areas do you feel officers would appreciate learning more about? (Retirement, pension maximization, etc)
2) What is the best way to bridge into this somewhat exclusive community? (Volunteer opportunities, department presentations, PBA hall presentations, etc)
Currently, my only exposure to the community is through natural market connections and some influence within a firearms training facility. I want to be an expert in the field, and a helpful resource to those I come in contact with.
